Canvas sizes
30 × 40 cm suits one face or one pet. 40 × 50 cm is right for two people. For three or more, choose 50 × 60 cm at 48 colours so every face keeps enough regions to read properly.
Shipping
Every kit is made to order. Delivery takes 5–20 days. The exact time depends on your country — distances and customs handling differ from place to place. You will see an estimated arrival date before you order, and a tracking link once it ships. Duties and import taxes are paid by us; there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Approve the proof before we print — revise it as many times as you need, at no cost. Thirty days to return it once it arrives. We pay all import duties.

How does paint by numbers work?

Lay out the canvas, open the numbered pots and keep the reference sheet beside you.
2. Paint your canvas
Match each number on the canvas to the pot with the same number. Work from the largest areas inward.
3. Display your art
Let it dry flat, then frame it or hang it straight from the stretcher bars.

Before you upload
How to pick a good photo
Two minutes here saves three weeks of disappointment. Four things decide how well a photo turns into a painting.
1 Resolution
The sharper the file, the better the result. Any phone from the last ten years is fine. What does not work is a screenshot, a photo of a photo, or an image saved from a social feed — all three have already thrown the detail away.
2 How close the subject is
The nearer the camera, the more of each face we can keep. Close-ups paint best.
3 Lighting
Even light, coming from behind the camera, is what you want. Avoid strong backlight, hard shadow across a face, and anything covering a face. Shadow is the single most common reason a custom kit disappoints — dark areas collapse into one flat black region.
4 Canvas size
A bigger canvas holds more regions, so it holds more detail. The more people in the photo, the larger you need to go — each face has to keep enough regions to stay recognisable.

Before you order
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where the subject fills most of the frame. Faces should be large and clearly lit — heavy shadow across a face is the single most common reason a kit disappoints. If you are unsure, upload it anyway: we check every photo by hand and tell you before we print.
How long does it take to paint?
24 colours is the quickest. 36 colours adds about six hours and more depth; 48 colours adds about twelve. Spread it over as many evenings as you like.
Do I need to know how to paint?
No. The drawing is already done — you are matching numbers to paint pots. People who have not held a brush since school finish these.
Will I be charged customs or import tax?
No. Duties and import taxes are paid by us before the parcel reaches you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
What if I do not like the proof?
Tell us and we redo it. We only print once you have approved how your photo looks as a numbered canvas, and there is no limit on revisions before that point.
