My Paint exists because a printed photo and a painted one are not the same object. One you bought. The other you made. We take the photo you keep going back to — the dog who is getting old, the wedding you keep reliving, your child at the age you never want to forget — and turn it into a numbered canvas, then send you everything you need to paint it yourself. What we actually do: we retouch your photo by hand before anything is converted, because heavy shadow across a face is the single most common reason a custom kit disappoints. We send you a digital proof and only print once you have approved it. We check every batch of paint against a printed reference, so pot 14 is the colour the chart says it is. We ship rolled in a rigid tube, never folded, so there is no crease through the middle of someone's face. And we pay the import duties ourselves, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We are a small team and we answer our own email. If something is wrong with your kit, tell us and we will fix it.
