Who we are
My Paint (my-paint.com) sells custom paint-by-numbers kits made from photos supplied by customers.
Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include the import duties we pay on your behalf.
Your photo
By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to reproduce it for the sole purpose of making your kit. We do not use customer photos in advertising or on this website unless you tell us in writing that we may.
We may decline an order if the image is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or depicts content we are not willing to print. If we decline, you get a full refund.
The proof
We send a digital proof and print only after you approve it. If you do not reply within 30 days of the proof being sent, we may cancel the order and refund you.
What we cannot promise
A paint-by-numbers canvas converts a photograph into flat regions of colour. Fine detail, soft gradients and areas in deep shadow will not survive that conversion exactly. We tell you before printing if we think a photo will struggle.
Cancelling
You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve the proof. After printing begins the kit is personalised and cannot be resold, so cancellation is handled under our refund policy.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
