Find your tracking link

Once your parcel ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Open that email and select the tracking link to see updates from the carrier.

Check your order status

You can also open the order confirmation email and select View your order to see the latest status and any available tracking details.

If you cannot find your confirmation email or tracking link, check your spam folder, then contact support@my-paint.com. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help locate your order.
