We answer every message ourselves, usually within one business day. If your order is time-sensitive, say so in the first line and we will move it to the front of the queue.

For questions about an existing order, include your order number so we can pull it up straight away. For questions about a photo you are thinking of sending, attach the photo — we will tell you honestly whether it will paint well before you spend anything.
What we can help with
Common reasons people write to us: checking whether a photo is suitable, asking us to redo a proof, asking for a replacement paint pot, changing an address before dispatch, and asking about delivery timing. All of these are normal and none of them cost extra.
Shipping destinations and rates
For the United States and the European countries listed below, standard shipping costs USD 4.90 for orders below USD 49 and is free for orders of USD 49 or more.
The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping. The same rule applies to custom kits, standard designs and accessories, including no-frame and DIY frame kit options.
Eligible European countries: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden.
Other destinations: Please email support@my-paint.com before ordering. Include your country, postal code and intended items so we can confirm delivery availability, shipping cost and estimated delivery time. Online checkout is available only for the eligible destinations listed above; other destinations require prior email confirmation.
