Shipping policy
Making your kit
Every kit is made to order. We retouch your photo by hand, send you a proof, and only print once you have approved it.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on where you are. Distances differ, so times differ, and customs handling varies between countries. You will see an estimated arrival date on the product page before you order, and a tracking link by email once your parcel ships.
If your order is for a specific date — a birthday, an anniversary — tell us in the first line of your message and we will confirm whether it is realistic before you pay.
Duties and import taxes
We pay them. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; there is nothing to collect on delivery.
Packaging
Canvases ship rolled inside a rigid tube, never folded. A folded canvas arrives with a permanent crease through the picture, which is why we do not do it.
Wrong address
Tell us before the parcel ships and we will change it at no cost. Once it has shipped we can only redirect it if the carrier allows.
